OBJECTIVE This Training Program gives the participants who want to productively develop solid models, detail drawings, and product assemblies. To perform 1D, 2D, 3D Structural Analysis, Static Structural Analysis, contact analysis, durability, and optimization.
COURSE CONTENT:
In this course, the participants will be able to understand and learn the following Design and Analysis concepts using Siemens NX software with Nastran Solver for Engineering Design and Analysis:
• Identifying the coordinate systems used in NX
• Simplifying and understanding the sketching
• Understanding the constraint required for sketching & Learning 3D Modeling interface
• Creating Hole, Pattern, shell, Blending & Chamfering in 3D Environment
• Modifying the imported part i.e., Neutral file
• Loading and working with assemblies
• Creating simple drafting techniques
• Finite element analysis overview
• Understanding Nodes, Elements, Constraints and loading condition
• Working with pre-post and selecting entities
• Various techniques and using fields in Boundary Condition
• Solving post processing and generating reports and abstraction
• Buckling analysis and contact & gluing conditions
• Types of meshing, mesh quality
• Analysis performed Modal Analysis,
• Response simulation, Thermal Analysis, Symmetric analysis
