THE GOVERNING COUNCIL -
The Governing council is the apex body of the institute for forming policies, objectives and overall control. The Secretary SMI & Development Commissioner (Industries), Government of Maharashtra is the Chairman of Governing Council of the Institute. The other members includes Managing Directors of MSSIDC, Vice chairman and MD MAVIM, Chief Executive Officer of MIDC, Chief Executive officer KVIB, Director EDII, Chairman CMIA, Executive Director Bank of Maharashtra, Director MSME-DI , Dy.General Manager SIDBI, Director Technical Education Deptt, Economic Advisor MSME, Representative, MCED employee (Admn.Officer) and Executive Director & Member Secretory MCED .
